Support Policy for TIBCO General Interface® 3.5.0 and earlier versions.

TIBCO is ending support (EOS) for TIBCO General Interface® 3.5.0 and all prior versions. This action will take effect immediately.  The 2.4.5; 3.0.0; 3.1.0; 3.2.0; 3.3.0; 3.4.0; 3.4.1; and 3.5.0 releases of this product are already obsolete per our standard support policy.  The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this TIBCO policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported version of the product.

Service Requests on the above listed versions will no longer be accepted.

Should support or maintenance be requested after the EOS date, we may (at TIBCO's sole discretion) provide you with the option for an extended maintenance agreement.  For any questions about the availability of extended support, please contact your TIBCO Account Representative or TIBCO Renewals at renewals@tibco.com.
