This notice is to inform all end users and partners that TIBCO is officially announcing the end of support for TIBCO BusinessEvents 2.1.1 (and older versions).  This EOS action will take effect on Sept 15, 2009.


For most customers, version 2.1.1 (and older versions) is already outside of the "active support window" as per our standard support policy.  TIBCO BusinessEvents 2.1.1 has been obsolete since Mar 2008.


The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you upgrade, as soon as possible, to a supported version of the product.


Service Requests on TIBCO BusinessEvents version 2.1.1 (and older) will no longer be accepted after the EOS date of Sept 15, 2009.


No standard packages are being offered for Extended Support at this time.  However, if you have special circumstances, please discuss these circumstances with your TIBCO Account Executive.
