Version 4.0.2 is the current shipping version of TIBCO iProcess™ Analytics with version 3.2.1 being its predecessor. A successor to version 4.0.2 is planned for release in the second half of 2007 and support for version 3.2.1 will cease on September 30, 2007.
Therefore, to receive continued support customers using version 3.2.1 or earlier should plan to upgrade their installations prior to September 30.
Please contact your Account Manager to discuss options available for upgrading to a later version of iProcess™ Analytics.
