TIBCO is officially ending support for release 5.4.x of TIBCO BusinessConnect EDI Protocol.  This action will take effect on December 31, 2013. Although 5.4.x and earlier versions  of this product are already obsolete per our standard support policy, the purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product.  Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (http://download.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

Until December 31, 2013, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.

Service Requests on TIBCO BusinessConnect EDI Protocol 5.4.x will no longer be accepted after December 31, 2013. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, December 31, 2013.

Please note, all versions of TIBCO BusinessConnect EDI Protocol 5.X and EDIfecs SpecBuilder will be removed from the TIBCO download website download.tibco.com after December 31, 2013.  While other TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web,  all existing hot fixes will be removed from the TIBCO Product Support ftp server at that time as well.
