Effective July 21, 2013, TIBCO is officially ending support for release 3.2.x and prior versions of the TIBCO Spotfire product family. This includes the following products:

•    TIBCO Spotfire Automation Services
•    TIBCO Spotfire Clinical
•    TIBCO Spotfire Developer
•    TIBCO Spotfire Professional/Enterprise Player
•    TIBCO Spotfire Qualification
•    TIBCO Spotfire Server
•    TIBCO Spotfire Web Player


Please note, this does not announce the retirement of the following TIBCO products/versions, and does not affect their maintenance services:

•    TIBCO Spotfire Analytics Server (the predecessor to TIBCO Spotfire Server)
•    TIBCO Spotfire Connector for Pipeline Pilot
•    TIBCO Spotfire DecisionSite product family
•    TIBCO Spotfire Network Analytics
•    TIBCO Spotfire Operations Analytics



This action will take effect on July 21, 2013.  The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you upgrade, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product.  Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (http://download.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

During the next 6 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.

Service Requests on 3.2.x and prior versions will no longer be accepted after July 15, 2013. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, July 15, 2013.

TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web and existing hot fixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Spotfire Support Web Site to all customers beyond the retirement date.
