On January 3, 2005, TIBCO announced its plans to retire TIBCO Adapter for JDE OneWorld**.  This notice is to inform all end users and partners that Adapter for Oracle AQ will no longer be eligible for renewal of Maintenance services.  However, maintenance services will continue in full force and effect under your Agreement with TIBCO until your current maintenance term expires.

After your current maintenance expires, should support or maintenance action be required, we may provide the option for Support on a Time and Material (T&M) basis through our consulting organization or, if available, through a qualified subcontractor.

If you are using the TIBCO Adapter for JDE OneWorld, we encourage you to evaluate alternate TIBCO products for integrating with JDE applications, including TIBCO Adapter for JDE OneWorld Xe or TIBCO Adapter for JDE WorldSoftware, as soon as possible.

During the retirement phase, support will continue to service these products as explained in our Support and Maintenance agreement, with the exception that enhancements will no longer be made to the product.
