Updated Support Policy for TIBCO Live Datamart version 1.6 and prior versions.

TIBCO is officially ending support for releases 1.6 and any prior releases of TIBCO Live Datamart. This action will take effect on March 31st 2016 for TIBCO Live Datamart 1.6 and all prior releases. This notice DOES NOT affect version 2.0 and later versions. From this notice to the retirement date Support will answer product questions, but new enhancements, hot-fixes, and service pack releases will not be provided without a business exception.

The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a fully supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (https://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

After March 31st 2016 no service requests will be accepted for 1.6, 1.5, 1.4, and any prior releases. TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles for these products will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support website (https://support.tibco.com).

Extended Support is not available.
