Description:
TIBCO has recently released TIBCO iProcess Analytics 4.1.2 and would like to draw your attention to the support lifecycles for older version of the product:

·         iProcess Analytics 4.0.2 will be fully supported until
           June 30, 2009. After this date it will have a reduced support
           status which means that support calls will be accepted and
           where appropriate workarounds provided. However, fixes
           for problems will  be applied to the latest version of the
           product.
           Support for the version will cease on June 30, 2010.

·         iProcess Analytics 4.1.0 will be fully supported until
           June 30, 2010. After this date it will have a reduced support
           status until June 30, 2012 when support for this version will
           cease.

Customers are encouraged to plan to upgrade to the latest version to ensure they are fully supported.
