End of Support Policy for TIBCO Foresight Transaction Insight® Editions 4.2.0

Description:

TIBCO will end support of TIBCO Foresight Transaction Insight® Editions 4.2.0 as of June 30, 2017. This release is considered obsolete 

per our standard support policy. The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this information and request that you migrate, 

as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO eDelivery Download Site (https://edelivery.tibco.com) for 

the most recent release of Translator when planning your upgrade.

TIBCO Support will continue to answer product questions for the next 20 months, however enhancements and service pack releases 

will not be provided.

Service Requests for 4.2.0 will not be accepted after June 30, 2017. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being 

retired will be closed as of the retirement date, June 30, 2017.

TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web and hot fixes will continue to 

be available from the TIBCO Product Support MFT server to all customers beyond the retirement date.
