TIBCO is officially ending support for the release 2.x ( 2.3.0, 2.3.1 and 2.3.2) of TIBCO ActiveMatrix (R) Service Grid and TIBCO ActiveMatrix (R) Service Bus. This action will take effect on Dec 31, 2016. The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Please check and refer to the TIBCO Product Download Site (http://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade. During the next 12 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided. Service Requests on AMX 2.3.0, 2.3.1 and 2.3.2 will no longer be accepted after Dec 31, 2016. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, Dec 31, 2016. TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web and existing hot fixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Product Support ftp server to all customers beyond the retirement date. Please contact TIBCO Support for any clarifications regarding this support policy. |
