TIBCO hereby announces its plans to retire TransAccess™.  TIBCO will cease providing maintenance services for TransAccess™ as of 11:59 pm Pacific Time on April 15, 2013.

Maintenance services for this product will continue in full force and effect according to the terms of your agreement with TIBCO until April 15, 2013. As of April 16, 2013, your company's maintenance services for TransAccess™ will terminate.

During the retirement phase, TIBCO Support will continue to service this product as explained in customer maintenance agreements. However, enhancements will no longer be made to the products.

Service Requests on TIBCO TransAccess™ will no longer be accepted after April 15, 2013. Service Requests under investigation for these products will be closed as of the retirement date, April 15, 2013. Existing TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web beyond the retirement date.
