TIBCO is officially ending support for release 4.x and any prior releases of TIBCO IntegrationManager. This action will take effect on April 30, 2007.  Although the 4.x and any prior releases of this product are already obsolete, the purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. At the time of this notification, TIBCO IntegrationManager 5.0.2 is the latest release.  During these 12 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided. Defect corrections will be considered for critical defects with no workarounds.  Service Requests on 4.x and any prior releases will no longer be accepted after April 30, 2007.

Extended Support is available through June 30, 2008 for TIBCO Integration Manager 4.5.0 for an additional fee. Please note that TIBCO IntegrationManager 4.x, as an embedded component of TIBCO BPM 2.x and as embedded component of TIBCO Business Connect 3.x , will continue to be supported (without extended support) in accordance with the Support policy for TIBCO BPM and TIBCO BC .
