Amending our March 2008 announcement, TIBCO is extending by six months our standard support for TIBCO BusinessConnect ebXML protocol 1.3.1 and earlier.

Service Requests on 1.3.1 and any prior releases will no longer be accepted after September 1, 2009.

TIBCO is officially ending support for release 1.3.1 and any prior releases of TIBCO BusinessConnect ebXML protocol. This action will take effect on March 1, 2009. The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy in advance and request that you migrate, as soon as reasonably possible, to a supported 5.x release of TIBCO BusinessConnect ebXML protocol. At the time of this notification, TIBCO BusinessConnect ebXML protocol 5.0.0 is the latest release.

During these remaining months, Support will answer product questions related to release 1.3.1, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided. Defect corrections will be considered for critical defects with no workarounds. Service Requests on 1.3.1 and any prior releases will no longer be accepted after March 1, 2009.
