This notice is to inform all end users and partners that TIBCO is officially announcing the end of support for TIBCO PortalBuilder 4.5.2.  This EOS action will take effect on April 2, 2006.

For most customers, version 4.5.2  has been outside of the "active support window"  since September 2005.  The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you upgrade, as soon as possible, to a supported version of the product. At the time of this notification, TIBCO PortalBuilder 5.1.0 is the currently shipping version of the product, and the supported versions are 5.1.0 and 4.5.3.

Service Requests on PB version 4.5.2 will no longer be accepted after the EOS date of April 2, 2006.

After the EOS date, should support or maintenance be requested, we may provide you with the option for Support on a Time and Material (T&M) basis through a Support work order, through our consulting organization or, if available, through a qualified subcontractor.
