TIBCO is officially ending support for release 3.0.x (3.0.0, 3.0.1, 3.0.2, 3.0.3) of TIBCO BusinessEventsr (BE). This action will take effect on Mar 31, 2014. Although the 3.0.x version of this product are already obsolete as per our standard support policy, the purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product.  Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (http://download.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.


During the next 12 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.  


Service Requests on 3.0.x will no longer be accepted after Mar 31, 2014. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, Mar 31, 2014. TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web and available hot fixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Product Support ftp server to all customers beyond the retirement date.
