TIBCO is officially ending support for release 7.5.4 and all earlier versions of TIBCO Rendezvous. This action will take effect on October 30, 2010. Although TIBCO Rendezvous 7.5.4 and all prior releases have already been obsolete for some time based on our standard support policy, the purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product.

During the next 18 months, Support will accept and process Service Requests, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided for TIBCO Rendezvous version 7.5.4 or earlier.  Hot fixes will be considered for critical defects for which there is no workaround.

Service Requests on TIBCO Rendezvous 7.5.4 and any prior releases will no longer be accepted after October 30, 2010.

No standard Extended Support package for RV 7.5.4 or earlier is being offered at this time.  However, if you have special circumstances and need extended support or have non-standard terms where these products should still be supported, please discuss these circumstances with your TIBCO Account Executive.  

Please note that TIBCO Rendezvous 7.5.4 and prior versions will continue to be supported when used with currently supported TIBCO product versions that require it, such as TIBCO Enterprise Management Advisor 2.1.0 which requires TRA 5.3 that in turn bundles RV 7.4.
