Description:
TIBCO is officially ending support for release 9.4 and any prior releases of TIBCO iProcess Analytics Export, previously known as TIBCO Staffware SPM Export Utility, Staffware SPM Export Utility and SWExport.

This action will take effect on September 30, 2008.  

Although the 9.4 and any prior releases of this product are already obsolete, the purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. At the time of this notification, TIBCO iProcess Analytics Export 10.6.0 is the latest release.

During these 18 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided. Defect corrections will be considered for critical defects with no workarounds.  

Service Requests on 9.4 and any prior releases will no longer be accepted after March 31, 2010.
