Installation
This is a full installer package
1. Uninstall the existing TIBCO iProcess(R) Web Services Server Plug-in.
2. Before installing, user must set JAVA_HOME environment variable to the
corresponding Java location and use the same Java for both installation
and runtime.
Note: This version supports both Java 1.8 or Java 11.
3. Next, follow the Installation process instructions provided in the
Installation guide 11.9.0.

Resolution
The hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support Customer Portal Web UI,
using your username and password for the TIBCO Support Web.
Once logged on the hotfix can be found under the Downloads Menu:
