While the hotfix Readme (an example is attached at the bottom of this article) provides steps to address a common issue with install.bat, the error may still persist.

This article will help resolve the error 'install.ps1 cannot be loaded,' which occurs while installing the hotfix.

Resolution
After following all the steps in the Readme file are followed, if still error occurs then please follow the below steps:
1. Right-click on Install.ps1>> Properties>>Uncheck the Unblock and it will resolve the error.
If there is an issue with uninstalling a hotfix like the one above, follow these steps:
1. Right-click on the uninstall.ps1, go to Properties, and uncheck Unblock. Click OK.
2. Right-click on the uninstall.bat file, go to Properties, and uncheck Unblock. Click OK.
3. Run the uninstall.bat file again.
