Description
This article provides the steps to undelete or restore a data entry sample. This only applies to Statistica Data Entry Server installations.
Environment
OS: Windows
Resolution
The process to undelete a sample:
1. Click the magnifying glass icon at the top of Recent Samples to access the Global Search
2. Search by Sample ID or other search criteria
3. Once the sample to undelete is found, click on the Sample ID number:
4. Click the "Undelete Sample" button and click OK on the message:
5. Add a comment, which is required, and click Save:
The sample is now undeleted.
