TIBCO is officially ending support for release 6.9.x of TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks. This action will take effect on May 31, 2026. The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you upgrade, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Software Product eDelivery Site (https://edelivery.tibco.com/) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

During the next 18 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided. Service Requests on 6.9.x will no longer be accepted after May 31, 2026. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, May 31, 2026. TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles and hot fixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Portal to all customers beyond the retirement date.
