We are pleased to notify you of the latest update to the TIBCO Foresight CCI Code Tables. This update contains Version 30.3 of the CMS CCI tables, and is effective from January 1, 2025 through March 31, 2025.  This update should be used for the Q1 processing.  The TIBCO Foresight CCI Code Tables are used for validation of Healthcare transactions only. These tables do not affect Non-Healthcare or Global Markets customers.
 
ATTENTION: This Code Table file is valid for Instream and HIPAA Validator Desktop versions 8.5.0 and newer. If your Instream / Desktop software is older than version 8.5.0, DO NOT INSTALL THIS UPDATE. You will need to upgrade your validation software before installing this code table file.
 
These updates will also be included in the next Instream / Desktop release.

Updates can be found on the support.tibco.com home page. Once you have signed in, click on the Hotfixes
drop-down, (top right-hand side), select Hotfixes.
