TIBCO(R) Order Management 5.1.0 Hotfix-009 is now available

This hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support Web User Interface using your username and password for the TIBCO Support Web. Once logged in, you can find the hotfix under the Downloads Menu: "AvailableDownloads/ActiveFulfillment/5.1.0/Hotfix-9"

AF-19540
The SetPlanItem and GetPlanItems via JMS do not return the "Order Not Found" 
error as expected.

AF-19226
In the archival ORDER_ABSTRACT table, the planitemseqno column format has 
been changed to an unsupported format in the 5.1.0_HF-008 Hotfix.
Upgrade scripts are provided at $OM_HOME/samples/orders-abstract-transformer to 
address this issue. 

AF-19210
A NullPointerException occurs when processing Plan Development Notification in 
the Archival service.

AF-19094
The Order Management System UI does not show orders and seems blocked.

AF-19069
Message processing is very slow for the Archival service.

AF-18887
The "tibco.aff.orchestrator.planItem.execute.reply.dead" queue contains messages 
with orders that cannot be properly processed by Order Management services.

AF-18610
The plan item is not completed even though the finish notification was successfully 
sent to Order Management.

AF-17479
The businessTransactionID field is not populated after installing the 
5.1.0_HF-008 Hotfix.

The planItemExecuteRequest message is missing header elements after installing

The feasibility request is missing UDFs in the header section.

An amendment remains in the "Start" state of the database but is not visible in 
the Order Management UI amendment section.

ROLE_USER is incorrectly authorized to move the planitem status from Execution 
to Error. 
Only ADMIN_USER should have this authority.

AF-16490
In Order Management 5.1.0_HF-007 Hotfix, the Error handler name does not show 
for Plan Item Failed Request Event.

AF-14781
An error occurs during the execution of upgrade_5.1.0hf6_to_5.1.0hf7_db-setup.sh.
