Memory leakage when ActiveMatrix® Adapter for Database uses Oracle Native Driver

Standard RPC for a procedure with cursor fails with Oracle native driver.

AADB-8496
When you use publication service on Microsoft SQL Server and if the Default
Schema is not blank or other schema is used to fetch the table, data insertion
will fail with 'Invalid object name' error.
