TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks(TM) Plug-in for SAP SuccessFactors 6.1.0 Hotfix 003 is released for all platforms. Please refer to the attached Readme for additional details on these and other cumulative fixes included in this Hotfix.

Listed below is a summary of updates included in this Hotfix. Please refer to the Hotfix Readme for additional details and installation instructions.

New Features:

SAP Successfactors 6.1.0 HF3 supports server side pagination feature which allows the users to navigate through a set of records. Following fields have been added in the Consume SAP SuccessFactors OData Service activity:

Input:

paging: Specify the paging mechanism. Currently snapshot paging is supported.

customPageSize: Determine the number of pages to be fetched per request.

nextPageURL: The URL that is formed in the "next" tag of the response from previous activity. This can be used to access the next set of records.

Note when this property is set, rest of the input properties will be ignored and value from this property would be used for making the next request.

Output:

next: Specifies the value from the "next" tag in the response.

Importing from older release:

After importing the project, select the API from shared resource and click download API button.  This step is needed to update the new fields in input/output for the activity.

Sample Example:

A sample is bundled with the release SAP_SuccessFactors_Paging to demonstrate how paging can be used. Import the sample from examples folder in the installation and update the module properties with connection details. In the sample the first Consume SAP SuccessFactors OData Service activity is configured with details for paging. The next Consume SAP SuccessFactors OData Service activity is added in a loop to paginate over records. A shared variable is set to access the subsequent links. We set the process variable when the next link in empty to exit the loop.
