When installing a plug-in using P2 installation mode in TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks 6.11.0, you may encounter a pop-up prompting you to specify a file path for the .exe file, as shown below.

Please navigate to JRE 11, select java.exe from bin folder as the input, and click Open. This will allow the required plug-in to be installed successfully.
Note: For example, the path to java.exe would be:
Java_Home\11\bin\java.exe
