To enable even greater focus on helping our customers solve their most valuable analytic problems, we are announcing the retirement of GeoAnalytics Builder and GeoAnalytics Finder services. This strategic shift allows us to invest in and further develop our cutting-edge visual data science solutions, ensuring our customers have access to the best possible tools to achieve their goals.

Spotfire hereby announces that it will retire and shut down GeoAnalytics Builder and GeoAnalytics Finder services and cease to provide support on June 30, 2026.

Migrating your data
If you have data stored online in the GeoAnalytics Content Manager application, you will need to migrate your data. Customer data for above-retiring products will be permanently deleted from our system the earlier of:

• The product’s retirement date stated above, or
• The expiration date of your current subscription term.

To retain your data, you must save your data on a location controlled by you before the above retirement data. For more information on this, please refer to the documentation on Export a table (https://geoanalytics.tibco.com/documentation/content-manager-section-4.html#exporttable).

To ensure that you receive future retirement notices, make sure to subscribe to them in the Support Portal in the following way:
1. Login to the Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com)
2. In the upper right corner, under the menu item with your name, select "Product Interests and Knowledge Base Subscriptions"
3. Click “Manage Products” and select the products of interest to you
4. Select the types of notifications you want to receive.
5. Click “Save Interests” at the bottom of the page.

On June 30, 2026, Spotfire will retire the GeoAnalytics Builder and GeoAnalytics Finder services, as well as cease to provide support.
