Closed Issues in 8.6.0_HF-001 (This Release)

BWAD-3529
For Oracle database, the precision of nanoseconds in the timestamp with timezone 
datatype of DataEventPoller activity output is 2 instead of 6.

A new boolean type module property
com.tibco.bw.palette.adbplugin.enableTimeStampPrecision is introduced for
DataEventPoller activity. The default value is true.
Set this property to false for the time stamp to show the default precision by 
the driver for nanoseconds in the output.
