Please find the steps mentioned in the resolution section that will help resolve the error.

 

 

Resolution

Steps to Resolve:

  1. A user trying to log in to Spotfire Statistica Server should be added to at least SWS_USER.

    You can add the user by clicking on Computer Management>>Local Users and Groups>>Groups>>SWS_USER.

  2. The same user (SWS_USER) should be imported to Enterprise Manager. 

    Enterprise Manager>> User Administration>> Users>>Import Users
