Closed Issues in 8.6.0_HF-002 (This Release)

BWAD-3552
After the application with DataEventPoller schema configured for load balancing
hits exception 'resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified or timeout 
expired', the cursor keeps increasing and exceeds the maximum open cursors limit.

BWAD-3504
DataMerger activity fails to override the column value to NULL in an existing
record, even when 'Set Explicit Nil' checkbox is checked for that field.
