IMPORTANT:     
In general, HIPAA Guideline Updates with version 8.7.0 and later require Instream and/or HIPAA Validator Desktop version 8.7.0 or later. 

If you are on a version of Instream or Desktop that is prior to the required version, you MUST upgrade before installing this update.

Updates can be found on the support.tibco.com home page. Once you have signed in, click on the Downloads drop-down from the main menu and select Hotfixes. Once on the Available Hotfixes screen, navigate to:  AvailableDownloads/Foresight/Guidelines_Standards.
