On May 31, 2026, TIBCO is officially ending support for TIBCO BusinessEvents Enterprise Edition version 6.2.2. The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (https://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade. Until the retirement date, Support will answer product questions, however product updates will not be provided. After the retirement date has been reached, new cases reported against the retired release(s) will no longer be accepted and existing cases under investigation will be closed.
Available hot fixes and knowledge base articles will continue to be available to all customers with product maintenance beyond the retirement date. For up-to-date information on which versions are eligible for extended support, please refer to the end-of-support query interface on the TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com/s/end-of-support). Please note extended support is subject to eligibility requirements and other rules may apply.

To ensure that you receive future retirement notices, make sure to subscribe to them in the TIBCO Support Portal in the following way:
1. Login to the TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com)
2. In the upper right corner, under the menu item with your name, select "Product Interests and Knowledge Base Subscriptions"
3. Click "Manage Products" and select the TIBCO products of interest to you
4. Select the types of notifications you want to receive.
5. Click "Save Interests" at the bottom of the page.

Issue/Introduction
On May 31, 2026, TIBCO is officially ending support for TIBCO BusinessEvents Enterprise Edition version 6.2.2. Till that time, Support will answer product questions, but no new defect corrections, in the form of hotfixes or service packs, will be provided for this version.
