This solution will help address the following customer questions.
1). How can Spotfire customers download/access all GA hotfixes?
2). How can Spotfire customers download Engineering Builds (EB).
How can Spotfire customers access/download Hotfixes?
Once a customer has accessed the TIBCO Support Customer Portal Web UI, all GA (Generally Available) hotfixes can be found under the directory AvailableDownloads.
Instructions:
This hotfix can be downloaded directly from the TIBCO Support Customer Portal Web UI.
1). Login to the TIBCO Support Customer Portal Web UI (https://support.tibco.com)
2). Go to the TIBCO Support Customer Portal Home. Click on the Downloads drop-down menu -->Select Hotfixes (See the following screenshot):

3). The Hotfix is stored under the Available Downloads folder:

4). The Hotfix is stored under Available Downloads / <Product Name>/ <Product Version>/hotfix-<Version>. For example, to download Statistica 14.2 Hotfix 02, locate the Hotfix under Available Downloads/Statistica/14.2/V142HF02.zip. Click V142HF02.zip to download.

How can Spotfire customers access Engineering Builds or customer-specific files?
Instructions:
Engineering Builds, or customer-specific files, can be downloaded directly from the TIBCO Support Customer Portal Web UI.
1). Login to the TIBCO Support Customer Portal Web UI.
2). Go to the TIBCO Support Customer Portal Home. Click on the Downloads drop-down menu -->Select Hotfixes (See the following screenshot).

3). Engineering Builds or customer-specific files are available under My Company Hotfixes. The file name will be provided after the build is available. To download just click the name of the file. See example below:
