This article outlines the available file format options for exporting data from both the Spotfire Analyst and the Spotfire Web Player clients.

In the Spotfire Analyst or the Spotfire Web Player, you can export your analysis by selecting File > Export > Data to File, with options including .csv, .txt, .stdf, .sbdf, .xls, and .xlsx. 
Please find the screenshot attached. Choose the format that best suits your requirement.

Please note that data from cross tables, summary tables, or graphical tables can only be saved as a tab-separated Spreadsheet file (*.txt).
