Installation
 
1. Stop the TIBCO Designer.
 
2. Back up the following existing file to a safe location that should be
   outside of the TIBCO_HOME directory:
  - TIBCO_HOME/bw/plugins/lib/palettes/iProcessPlugin.jar
 
3. Copy the new file from the hotfix into the appropriate directory overwriting 
   the existing file, leaving the permissions and ownership as they are.
   
  - TIBCO_HOME/bw/plugins/lib/palettes/iProcessPlugin.jar
  
4. Restart the TIBCO Designer.

TIBCO iProcess Technology Plug-ins 11.9.0 is not compatible with 
TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks 5.15.1 resulting into the iProcess connection error.

IMPORTANT: This hotfix works only on TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks 5.15.1 and above.

This hotfix applies to The TIBCO iProcess(R) Technology Plug-ins 11.9.0.2 and above running on

   Microsoft Windows Server

      7.6, 7.x, 8.0, 8.x 64-bit on x86-64
   Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server
      7.6, 7.x, 8.0, 8.x 64-bit on x86-64
   SUSE Linux Enterprise Server
      12 SP2, 12.x, 15, 15.x 64-bit on x86-64

Resolution

The hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support Customer Portal Web UI,
using your username and password for the TIBCO Support Web.

Once logged on the hotfix can be found under the Downloads Menu:
AvailableDownloads/iProcess/TechnologyPlugins/11.9.0/hotfix008
