The Manager can now find the gridLibrary when the 'Synchronize Resources to Engines' property under
Admin > System Admin > Manager Configuration > Resource Deployment > is set to false.
 
Note : When the 'Synchronize Resources to Engines' property is set to false, the gridlibrary must be
placed manually along with the signature file (.#extracted file) under <Engine_directory>/resources/gridlib/
(default location) or at the custom gridlibrary path.
The custom gridlibrary path is the location of the Grid Libraries, set through Engine Configuration > Grid
Library Path. This should only be set if not using Grid Library Synchronization.
