Description

Hotfixes are cumulative. This is the first hotfix for TIBCO Managed File 
Transfer (MFT) Command Center 8.6.0 and TIBCO Managed File Transfer (MFT)
Internet Server 8.6.0.

Resolution

Hotfix TIB_mftccis_8.6.0_HF-001 can be downloaded from TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com).  
 
You will need to provide your TIBCO Support Portal credentials.  Once logged in you can download the hotfix by selecting the “Downloads” -> “Hotfixes” option. Then go to “/AvailableDownloads/MFT/CommandCenter-InternetServer/8.6.0/hotfix-01” to download the hotfix.
 
The .zip file has the Readme file inside. Please unzip the file and review the Readme file for instructions on how to apply the hotfix.

setupdb rv: Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'COLUMN.'
 
If you encounter an issue preventing the installation of Managed File Transfer 8.6.0, 
to resolve the problem do the following:
  1. Extract the hotfix files to a temporary directory.
  2. Extract the '8.6.0_HF-001.jar' file.
  3. Copy the installer.jar file to the <MFT_install> directory.
    You will be prompted to replace the existing file.
  1. Type y and press Enter.
    The existing installer.jar file is replaced.
  1. Copy the SIFTDBSetup.jar file to the <MFT_install>\distribution\setup directory.  
    You will be prompted to replace the existing file.
  1. Type y and press Enter.
    The existing SIFTDBSetup.jar file is replaced.
  1. Continue with the Managed File Transfer 8.6.0 installation process.
    During the installation, if you are prompted with the following question:
    Found distribution file C:\src\svnwork\MFTTrunk\buildnewcc\cfcc.jar
    Use C:\src\svnwork\MFTTrunk\buildnewcc\cfcc.jar as the distribution? [y/n]:
    Type s and press Enter.
    This will skip the extraction of the cfcc.jar file, preventing it from overwriting 
    your updated SIFTDBSetup.jar file.
 
After installing Managed File Transfer 8.6.0 successfully, you can apply the 
Managed File Transfer 8.6.0 hotfix-001 using the standard hotfix installation procedure.

A more informative message is now displayed when someone attempts to log in from
a restricted IP address.

when you add a GCP server using the "Add from existing server" option.
