OpenTelemetry support for Adapter for Database.
If you want to use OpenTelemetry features in the adapter, you have to use
 TIBCO Runtime Agent(TM) 5.12.4 HF3 with ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks(TM) 5.15.1 HF3
 TIBCO Runtime Agent(TM) 5.13.0 HF1 with ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks(TM) 5.16.1 HF1

Publication service returns the object instead of the actual value for the 
fields with TIMESTAMP or TIMESTAMP with TIME ZONE datatypes of Oracle database.
