Description
This announcement is to inform you of an important update to the TIBCO BPM Enterprise release cycle and support model. Effective with version 4.3.5, TIBCO is transitioning to a new model featuring Long-Term Support (LTS) and Mainstream (MS) releases. This transition is a direct result of customer feedback and is designed to better accommodate their diverse operational requirements.
The two release tracks are defined as follows:
- Long-Term Support (LTS) releases are recommended for customers who prioritize a longer-term deployment without the need for frequent upgrades.
- Mainstream (MS) releases are intended for customers who wish to adopt new features and capabilities on a more frequent basis. Additionally, MS releases can be used to evaluate new functionality in development or staging environments, as these features will subsequently be incorporated into future LTS versions.
TIBCO BPM Enterprise version 4.3.5 has been designated as our inaugural LTS release.
Please be advised that all currently supported versions released prior to this change will continue to be supported in accordance with their original support policies.
