You can download this HotFix from the TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com). You will need to provide your TIBCO Support Portal credentials. Once logged in you can download the hotfix by selecting the “Downloads” -> “Hotfixes” option. Then go to the AvailableDownloads/Administrator/5.12.4/hotfix-02.

ADM-5934
Fix HSTS-related administrative report script failures by updating the script's configuration to correctly handle HTTPS connections.

A new property tibcoadmin.hsts.enabled has been introduced. Set the property to true to fix the issue.

ADM-6514
Fixes the broken help link on the UDDI Server, which was causing a 404 error.

ADM-6543
Fixes an issue where using domainutilitycmd leaves the Application Domain in an incomplete state.
