The Spotfire App user can configure their Windows machines to generate dump files by following the next steps:

1. Search for View advanced system settings in the Windows search bar
2. Under System startup and Recovery section press the Settings button
3. In the newly opened dialog, make sure the Write an event to the system log option is checked
4. Under Write debugging information section the user can select to generate a Complete memory dump file.

These steps should work for both versions of Windows (10 or 11).

Once configured, reproduce the issue and attach the latest generated dump file to the Support ticket for analysis.
