You can download this hotfix from TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com). You will need to provide your TIBCO Support Portal credentials. This release resolves an issue, where JMS connections using user authentication would fail with a javax.jms.JMSSecurityException after the installation of TIBCO BusinessWorksâ„¢ 5.16.1 Hotfix 2. The underlying connection handling has been corrected to ensure that user credentials are properly transmitted to the EMS server.

BW-21279
This update fixes the hotfix installer, which previously failed on server-only environments (such as SUSE Linux) by incorrectly requiring TIBCO Designer for installation.
