At the time of this writing, Statistica does not use ChatGPT or CoPilot or DeepSeek or any other LLM AI application, and there is no future plan to do so.

AI Systems

Available: No.
Statistica does not include standalone AI systems as defined under Article 3 of the AI Regulation. The software is primarily an advanced analytics and statistical tool that enables users to analyze data and build machine learning models but does not independently include an AI system.

Enabled: No.
No AI system functionality is inherently enabled in Statistica's default installation or operation.

Falls under prohibited use: No.
Statistica's functionality does not align with prohibited use cases or high-risk applications outlined in Articles 5, 6(2), and Annex III of the AI Regulation

AI Models

Available: Yes.
Statistica allows users to create and deploy machine learning and predictive models. Enabled: No.

The creation and deployment of models require user action, including data input, configuration, and model training.
