Installation
 
1. Shut down TIBCO iProcess Engine.
 
2. Back up the following existing file to a safe location that should be
   outside of the $SWDIR directory:
  - $SWDIR/eaijava/libs/bootstrap/bootstrap.jar
 
3. Copy the bootstrap.jar file from the given package to the following 
   path and leaving the permissions and ownership as they are.
   
  - $SWDIR/eaijava/libs/bootstrap/bootstrap.jar
  
4. Restart the TIBCO iProcess Engine.

Closed Issue in 11.9.0_HF-009 (This Release)
 
IPTP-1302
BG processes are consuming high CPU during BW calls. To address this issue, a 
fix now suppresses Log4j configuration for each call is implemented. While this 
may not fully resolve the issue, it supports future investigations.

   Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server
      7.6, 7.x, 8.0, 8.x 64-bit on x86-64
   SUSE Linux Enterprise Server
      12 SP2, 12.x, 15, 15.x 64-bit on x86-64

Resolution

The hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support Customer Portal Web UI,
using your username and password for the TIBCO Support Web.

Once logged on the hotfix can be found under the Downloads Menu:
