We are pleased to announce the TIBCO Foresight Translator, 4.2.0, Hotfix 1, October 28, 2025.

This is a Hotfix for Foresight(R) Translator Standard and Healthcare Editions Release 4.2.0. This Hotfix is cumulative. It includes content (if applicable) from previous Hotfixes for version 4.2.0 of Foresight(R) Translator Standard Edition and Foresight(R) Translator Healthcare Edition.

Downloading Updates

Updates can be found on the support.tibco.com home page. Once you have signed in, click on the Hotfixes drop-down, (top right-hand side), select Hotfixes. Once on the Available Hotfixes screen, navigate to:  AvailableDownloads/Foresight/Translator.
