java.lang.ClassCastException occurs when binary or RAW data types are used with
native database drivers.
AADB-8682
Publication service returns the object instead of the actual value for the
fields with TIMESTAMP or TIMESTAMP with TIME ZONE datatypes of Oracle database,
when time stamp does not have nanosecond.
