On June 30, 2026, Spotfire is officially ending support for version 14.5 of the Spotfire product family. This includes the following products:

New License model:

• Spotfire Analytics
• Spotfire Data Science (Note: Spotfire Statistica 14.3.0 is not affected by this announcement)
• Spotfire Enterprise
• Spotfire Enterprise Advanced Data Services (Note: TIBCO Data Virtualization 8.8.1 is not affected by this announcement)  
• Spotfire Enterprise Data Streams (Note: Spotfire Streaming 11.1 is not affected by this announcement)

Legacy License model:

• Spotfire Analyst
• Spotfire Automation Services
• Spotfire Developer
• Spotfire Qualification
• Spotfire Server
• Spotfire Statistics Services

The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this retirement and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product.  

Check the Spotfire Download site (https://spotfi.re/download) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade. As part of your upgrade planning, please make sure to determine what type of release - Long Term Support (LTS) or Innovation (non-LTS) - best suits your needs. Please refer to the following page for more information about this:

Until the retirement date, Support will answer product questions, however product updates will not be provided.  After the retirement date has been reached, new cases reported against the retired release(s) will no longer be accepted and existing cases under investigation will be closed.

Available hotfixes and knowledge base articles will continue to be available to all customers with product maintenance beyond the retirement date.

To ensure that you receive future retirement notices, make sure to subscribe to them in the Support Portal in the following way:

1. Login to the Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com)
2. In the upper right corner, under the menu item with your name, select "Product Interests and Knowledge Base Subscriptions"
3. Click “Manage Products” and select the products of interest to you
4. Select the types of notifications you want to receive.
5. Click “Save Interests” at the bottom of the page.

Until then, Support will answer product questions, but no new defect corrections, in the form of hotfixes or service packs, will be provided for this version. The latest LTS versions - 14.0 and 14.6 - are not affected by this announcement.
