TIBCO BPM Enterprise (formerly TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM) 4.3.5

Description

TIBCO BPM Enterprise 4.3.5 requires activation via a license to start. A license can be generated in the TIBCO Software Downloads site at https://www.tibco.com/downloads.

 

There are two options for activating BPM Enterprise:

Option 1 - In-Product Activation (local activation)

This requires the license file to be copied where BPM is installed and made available to the runtime environment. This is supported from 4.3.5 hotfix 1.

Option 2 - TIBCO Activation Service (remote activation)

This requires providing a URL for the activation service instance during or after BPM Enterprise installation.

Note: Licenses generated for a TIBCO Activation Service instance and In-Product Activation are not compatible with each other.

If you were using a host-bound license file with TIBCO BPM Enterprise 4.3.5, we recommend that you switch to the in-product (local) activation license after applying BPM Enterprise 4.3.5 hotfix 1. 

Issue/Introduction

TIBCO BPM Enterprise 4.3.5 now supports both local and remote activation. Local activation requires 4.3.5 hotfix 1
