Fixed closing stream error in the delete activity.

Request to support jsch library logs.

Request to support structured output in the SFTP Dir Activity.

For the external properties file, append the list from the config.properties
instead of replace.

BWSP-734 
Request to enhance the support multiple properties in the same line using a 
delimiter in the config.properties. At a time only one type of delimiter can be
used, but it would be the user's choice.

BWSP-732
Request to support all the host key algorithms of the server and of the client
via the sFTP plugin.
