December 8, 2025

On November 30, 2027, Spotfire is officially ending support for version 14.0 LTS of the Spotfire product family. This includes the following products:

New License model:

  • Spotfire Analytics
  • Spotfire Data Science
  • Spotfire Enterprise
  • Spotfire Enterprise Advanced Data Services
  • Spotfire Enterprise Data Streams

Legacy License model:

  • Spotfire Analyst
  • Spotfire Automation Services
  • Spotfire Developer
  • Spotfire Qualification
  • Spotfire Server
  • Spotfire Statistics Services

Spotfire 14.0 will be maintained through hotfixes and service packs until April 30, 2027, and support cases can be opened until November 30, 2027. After that date, Spotfire 14.0 LTS will reach end-of-support and be retired.

After the retirement date has been reached, new cases reported against the retired release(s) will no longer be accepted and existing cases under investigation will be closed. Available hotfixes and knowledge base articles will continue to be available to all customers with product maintenance beyond the retirement date.

Check the Spotfire Download site (https://spotfi.re/download) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade. As part of your upgrade planning, please make sure to determine what type of release - Long Term Support (LTS) or Innovation (non-LTS) - best suits your needs. To ensure that you receive future retirement notices, make sure to subscribe to them in the Support Portal in the following way:
1. Login to the Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com)
2. In the upper right corner, under the menu item with your name, select "Product Interests and Knowledge Base Subscriptions"
3. Click “Manage Products” and select the products of interest to you
4. Select the types of notifications you want to receive.
5. Click “Save Interests” at the bottom of the page.
